Litigation Associate

Our client is seeking a mid-level associate with 2-4 years of business litigation experience to join the Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice Group in their Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling complex business litigation in both state and federal courts. Responsibilities: Manage written and document discovery Research and draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings Conduct and defend depositions Prepare witnesses for testimony Appear at status conferences and argue motions Participate in settlement conferences and negotiations Assist with trial preparation Requirements: 2-4 years of business litigation experience Significant experience with complex business litigation in state and federal courts AmLaw 100 experience preferred J.D. from an ABA-approved law school Active member in good standing with the California Bar Expertise in managing written and document discovery Proficiency in researching and drafting pleadings, motions, and court filings Experience conducting and defending depositions Ability to prepare witnesses for testimony Competence in appearing at status conferences and arguing motions Experience with settlement conferences, negotiations, and trial preparation Well-rounded, dynamic, and highly motivated with strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
