Description A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Health Sciences (ATSU-ASHS) is seeking an Administrative Assistant on the Mesa, Arizona campus. This position reports to the Dean and Vice Dean. The administrative assistant will provide administrative and clerical services to ensure effective and efficient operations in the ASHS Dean's office and all of ASHS. Duties and Responsibilities: Greet and direct dean office visitors at the front desk Work with Dean and Vice Dean on operations for ASHS Assist in Dean's office activities Assist in managing of meeting schedules and calendars Take meeting minutes on a regular basis Email communication as directed Update UKG weekly timesheet Assist in all purchases and orders for ASHS Complete travel reimbursements Order supplies for School Reconcile laundry invoices Support for preparation of Dean's Townhall, Chair's retreat, ASHS committees, Office staff meetings, Calendar Schedules Vendor Contracts Classroom booking schedules University catalog updates Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred One year of related experience High-level written and verbal communication skills for performing business at Dean's level Excellent ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and reports for Dean and Vice Dean High emotional intelligence to maintain a calm and steady atmosphere in the front office as greet guests and communicate on behalf of the dean's office Ability to maintain confidence in the dean's office Excellent time management and organization skills to work in high work volume office ATSU offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverages, among more.
