Description

A.T. Still University's Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine (ATSU-KCOM) is seeking applications for a non-exempt administrative support on the Mesa, Arizona campus. This position will provide support to the department as it relates to the daily operations of the region, assisting with rotation paperwork, etc.

The pay rate for this position starts at $17.32 per hour, depending on experience.

Job Duties:

Data entry into New Innovations

Answer student questions

Telephone duties

Respond to student emails

Provide support to the Rotation Site Coordinators to schedule student rotations and prepare associated rotation paperwork

Student communication and interaction

Support and organize monthly Education Day event

Help facilitate collection and entry of preceptor information, affiliation agreements, clinical evaluations, and all other assessment documents

Proctor exams as needed

Filing, mail supplies

Provide secretarial and clerical support to the Regional Coordinator and Deans as requested

Skills/Experience:

Individual must be detail-oriented and available to make needed updates and changes as requested

Typing and accuracy are required at all times

Must work well with others in a team environment

Must be comfortable working with electronic devices, data entry, and generating reports from electronic programs

Require skills in communication, organization and time management
