About the Job:
- Provide support in every stage of commercial real estate transactions, from due diligence to financing and closing.
- Coordinate closings, prepare checklists, and track key deadlines.
- Review and analyze legal documents such as corporate resolutions, title and survey, and loan agreements.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, coordinate the tracking and storage of client information, and collaborate closely with title companies and surveyors.
