The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards. This role focuses on troubleshooting, installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in multi-family residential properties.Key ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, install and maintain plumbing systems using materials such as copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, and PEX.Detect and repair leaks both within buildings and external pipelines.Perform drain cleaning and resolve sewage backup issues efficiently.Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications for plumbing tasks.Assess project requirements and identify necessary materials.Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards.Maintain accurate records of assignments, repairs, and maintenance activities.Repair, replace, or upgrade plumbing system components as needed.Install eco-friendly plumbing solutions, including flow restrictors and tankless water heaters.Execute welding for small pipes or specialized piping systems.Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team.RequirementsPrior experience in multi-family property maintenance or a related field.Journeyman or Master plumber certification (preferred but not required).High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (not mandatory).Flexibility, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.A valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle are required.Must use personal vehicles and tools for job-related tasks.Willingness to travel for work assignments as needed.Compensation and BenefitsComprehensive Support: All necessary equipment and materials for snow removal are provided.Travel Reimbursement: Gas expenses covered.Payment: Bi-weekly payments via direct deposit.How to ApplySubmit your application through Indeed to join a team that values excellence and professionalism in property management services.We look forward to welcoming you to Nandail Property Management!
