Your expertise in various piping materials and leak detection will be essential to your success. You will also be responsible for interpreting blueprints, managing project materials, and executing environmentally conscious installations, while maintaining precise records. Join us and advance your career in a dynamic, team-oriented environment!Key Responsibilities:Must be experienced in leaks and breaks.Diagnose, install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in multi-family residential buildings.Work with various piping materials such as copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, and PEX.Detect and resolve leaks in building systems, both internal and external, as well as underground.Perform drain cleaning and address sewage backup issues.Interpret blueprints and job specifications for plumbing systems.Assess material requirements and quantities for new projects and ongoing maintenance tasks.Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, guiding work procedures accordingly.Maintain accurate records of work assignments and completed tasks.Repair, replace, or remove plumbing system components as needed.Install eco-friendly plumbing fixtures, including faucet flow restrictors and tankless water heaters.Use specialized techniques and equipment for tasks such as welding small pipes and working with unique materials.Perform other plumbing-related duties as assigned.Requirements:Experience in multi-family maintenance or a similar field.Relevant certifications are a plus, but not required.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Bilingual skills are beneficial but not essential.Demonstrated flexibility, reliability, and teamwork.Ability to travel as required.Valid, up-to-date driver's license.Personal vehicle and tools required.Additional Information:Material costs will be covered.Gas expenses are reimbursed.Payment Method:Bi-weekly payments.Payments can be received via direct bank transfer or CashApp for convenience.Join Nandail Property Management and be part of a team that values excellence in property maintenance.
