If there is continuing work, you could be converted to a year round employeeResponsibilitiesFollow all safety rules and regulationsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentUse blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine construction requirements and materials neededConstruct wood structures including framing, joists, and raftersInstall fixtures and materials such as windows, flooring, trim, and hardwareInteract with customers, suppliers, and other construction professionalsQualificationsPrevious experience as a Carpenter is preferredStrong understanding of mathematical concepts and measurementsAbility to read and take action on blueprintsAbility to safely operate hand and power carpentry toolsKnowledge of building regulations and codesAbility to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Pikemann is a recruiting company that was founded by three partners with over 40 years of experience providing contingent staffing and permanent placement services in the greater Seattle area.
