Bilingual Office Manager

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager for our pharmaceutical client in Fort Lee, NJ. This is a permanent position, requiring in-office work M-F, though the work hours are slightly flexible. This Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations for a small US office. Responsibilities include general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing; management of office supply inventory and office supply ordering as needed; coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings and events; assisting in payroll processing and maintaining employee records; handling basic HR functions like onboarding new employees and maintaining HR documentation; managing vendor relationships; assisting executive leadership as needed. Qualified candidates will be bilingual in English and Korean, in order to communicate with our client's global headquarters, based in South Korea.
