Program Scheduler

A company in Fort Collins, CO is looking for a Program Scheduler to join their team. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling, analysis, maintenance, and impact identification activities for a medium to large size project. You will interface with cross functional teams to lead planning activities to create and sustain a functional scheduling management system that tracks project activities, tasks and deliverables required to meet success criteria for program milestones.
Other duties include:
Meet with program stakeholders weekly to update the schedule and modify tasks as needed.
Provide program planning and schedule documentation to support program requirements
Assisting the PMO Manager and program managers in tracking program workstreams against baseline schedules and budgets
Evaluate progress of planned activities and prepare periodic schedule updates and presentations as needed
Interface with program managers to discuss impact of work and action plans to address schedule risk and delays
Identify resource needs required to support program execution
Consult with program team members to estimate activities to ensure proper planning is completed prior to the commencement of work
Assist the program managers in developing short-term schedules and monitor them to determine impact on the master integrated schedule, and helping in formulating actions to correct scheduling problems
Continuously develop professional knowledge through experience and training
Recommend and implement continuous improvements/process improvements for team collaboration and scheduling
$32/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law
