- Scheduling: Collaborate with the manager/owner to manage schedules for part-time support staff at both Fair Lawn and Franklin Lakes locations.
- Customer Relations: Serve as a calm, empathetic point of contact for families, providing clear communication and support.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, QuickBooks, and email communication.
- Customer Service Expertise: Exceptional people skills to interact professionally with families, customers, and drivers.
- Flexibility & Problem-Solving: Adaptable and resourceful, especially in addressing client concerns and supporting team members.
