Assistant Manager

Location: Franklin Lakes, NJ

Salary: Starting at $25/hour, depending on experience

Join our dynamic transportation services team as an Assistant Manager!

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing day-to-day operations while supporting the Dispatch and Fleet Manager of a limousine service. In this role, you will help ensure smooth scheduling, resolve customer service concerns, and contribute to an efficient and positive work environment. Please note this position is located in a funeral home environment and could also help with overflow of the funeral admin duties if needed.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling: Monitor dispatch schedules, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  • Communication: Stay updated through email and text messaging systems for schedule changes and new reservations.
