Insurance Follow-up Specialist

Our client in Hershey is seeking multiple Insurance Follow-Up Specialists to join their team. This position offers a hybrid schedule, beginning with onsite training and transitioning to remote work once you've gained confidence in the workflow. You'll be part of a collaborative, supportive team, focusing on office insurance follow-up tasks, working to resolve claims efficiently. Insurance Follow-Up Specialist Requirements: Experience in insurance follow-up or other administrative office work in a medical setting preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Proficiency in computer applications and data entry Availability to work onsite initially and transition to a hybrid schedule as required Insurance Follow-Up Specialist Key Responsibilities: Follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely resolution Communicate with insurance companies and healthcare providers to address claim issues Verify and update patient insurance information in office systems Document all actions taken on claims within the database Work closely with team members to resolve complex issues Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company and regulatory standards Salary: $20-25/hr. depending on experience.
