Learn more at https://skilled.peopleready.com/referral/ .Responsibilities: Assist in manually moving racks and solar materials Assemble, measure, cut, and install solar panels, support structures, and modules Maintain and clean equipment and tools to ensure they remain in good working condition Work together with team members to meet project deadlines and specifications Inspect panels to ensure installation is in compliance with regulations and safety standards Perform job site clean up tasks Qualifications: OSHA 10 or willingness to obtain upon being hired High School Diploma or GED Prior related work experience Ability to work in various conditions; indoors and/or outdoors, which may require working at heights or in challenging weather TrueBlue, Inc. and its brands welcome and encourage applications from candidates with disabilities.
