Recruiter, IT Industry – 100% Remote

New Charter Technologies is seeking a Recruiter to partner with the Head of Recruiting to fulfill our multi-region, tech enabled requisitions in a fast-paced environment. In addition to driving the recruitment cycle from posting to managing requisitions and building a robust pipeline of candidates, you’ll act as our candidate’s central point of contract between managers and interviewers, with an emphasis on delivering an enticing candidate experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prescreen applicants while collaborating with New Charter Technologies operating company managers
  • Develop and maintain an effective pipeline of qualified candidates across a variety of sources
  • Source, recruit and hire IT & Operations professionals across a wide range of roles while building, managing, and enhancing a highly candidate-centric process
  • Provide complete, accurate, and credible information to candidates about the company and available positions
  • Deliver a friendly and personal candidate experience from the initial application to the offer process
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels along with follow-ups and debriefs
  • Maintain and update candidate information through applicant tracking systems
  • Provide timely follow-up on talent pipelines while updating candidates via phone and email
  • Craft and send detailed candidate correspondence
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with New Charter Technologies Operating Company hiring managers and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, credibility, and predictable results
  • Curate and post New Charter Technologies Operating Company job openings on internal and external job boards
  • Promote our employer brand by supporting creative networking campaigns for relevant talent
  • Support the applicant search process by placing job advertisements, and working and using various applicant platforms to attract talent
  • Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective recruiting and hiring strategies

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast paced, recruiting environment
  • Proven experience as a talent sourcer or similar role
  • Hands on experience with sourcing techniques with both passive and active job seekers
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
  • Experience with scheduling high volume of interviews nationally across multiple time zones
  • Ability to network, cold-call, and “deep dive” into networks throughout various markets and build relationships via phone and in-person

Skills Needed:

  • Effective time-management and project management abilities
  • Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Desire to collaborate with team members while also working independently to manage deadlines
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
  • Ability to pivot and quickly adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • KPI oriented professional who clearly understands, tracks, and measures recruiting performance
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion focused mindset and practical experience with driving meaningful results in these areas

Additional Details:

  • Remote candidates will be considered
  • 40 Hours a week Monday through Friday, Occasional weekend or afterhours work may be required
  • Permanent, Full Time
  • Starting Salary $60,000 DOE
