Key Responsibilities:

• Loading & Unloading Equipment: Safely load and unload heavy construction machinery, ensuring each item is correctly handled and positioned to minimize potential damage.
• Inventory Management: Accurately document incoming and outgoing equipment, maintaining detailed logs to track inventory and ensure efficient handling.
• Transport Coordination: Collaborate with dispatch and drivers to coordinate the timely and secure transportation of equipment to clients and other branches.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of equipment prior to loading and upon arrival to ensure all items meet EquipShare’s quality standards.
• Warehouse Organization: Support the organization of the equipment yard and warehouse, maximizing space and facilitating easy access for transport and maintenance teams.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols, identifying and addressing potential hazards to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in freight handling, warehouse operations, or heavy equipment logistics is highly preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy items, work in physically demanding environments, and operate equipment such as forklifts (certification a plus).
• Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on precision, accuracy, and safety.
• Teamwork: A collaborative attitude, with effective communication skills for coordinating tasks with colleagues across departments.
