This position is located in the Office of Resilience, Strategic Resource Management Office. In this position, you will serve as a deputy to the Assistant Administrator for Resilience Business Operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in federal financial management, contracting, and procurement and should be well-versed in legislative processes, program planning, budget formulation, and execution.

Major Duties:

Providing direction and oversight of all Resilience business operations, including human capital, budget, procurement, administrative, and IT functions.

Developing and implementing standardized business processes to enhance efficiency across Resilience.

Advising and instructing senior leadership and managers on business operation policies and procedures.

Briefing senior leadership on operational matters, offering advice and recommendations on complex issues.

Advising Resilience leadership on human capital matters such as organizational design, hiring priorities, and participation on senior governance bodies.

Education:

No Educational Substitution: There is no educational substitution for this position, and you must meet the qualifications listed in the "requirements" section of this announcement.

Requirements:

To meet those standards, all selected applicants must undergo, successfully pass, and maintain a background investigation for Top Secret/SCI as a condition of placement into this position.
