Salary Range: $240,000.00 To $260,000.00 Annually

PURPOSE OF JOB: The Director of Business Development will manage various areas within the function, including but not limited to, partnerships, acquisitions, new markets and competitive analysis. The director will also support investor relations and corporate communications, working closely with the CFO and CEO as needed, utilizing project management skills to facilitate and implement multiple efforts simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The director identifies and develops new business opportunities, building relationships with existing and potential partners, both internal and external. RESPONSIBILITIES: Partner with executives to vet and evaluate new business opportunities, including partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions Conduct strategic outreach to potential partners, building strong business relationships for the Company and effectively communicating the R92M mission Develop protocols to track and evaluate new markets Conduct competitive analysis and report to executives with recommendations to support strategic decisions on the road to profitability Manage investor outreach and fundraising projects Attend investor conferences and develop IR materials Manage IR logistics and press interactions Partner cross-functionally on corporate communications, both internal (employee) and external (strategic) Support building brand presence Partner with Marketing on media relations Other duties as assigned EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent education and/or experience EXPERIENCE: Proven track record building external business relationships and partnerships Demonstrated success developing and managing strategic business development, investor relations, and communications projects from start to finish Ability to communicate effectively with investors, business partners, and media ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong internal cross-functional partnership
