Amentum is seeking an experienced Program Management Analyst to join our team in supporting the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) in their mission to develop, deliver, and maintain advanced integrated warfare systems and technologies that provide naval warfighters with decisive advantages. The Program Management Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the PEO IWS mission by providing support in the areas of program planning, execution, and control.
HIRING SALARY RANGE:
$75,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This support involves records, schedules, and correspondence management; short and long-term planning for continuity of operations; deliverable tracking; task management and program management assistance; and implementing and maintaining approved standard operating procedures for the program offices. Assist with the management and flow of information to and from, and within PEO IWS. Assist with strategic planning initiatives and business practices. Analyze existing, or planned, strategic and business processes to ensure they meet program goals and objectives. As required, provide input for presentations, white papers, or other documentation, and/or participate in meetings to share findings. Assist in the planning, development and execution of projects requiring PEO IWS organization implementation assistance to support governance of NAVSEA-led operations (e.g. annual Continuity of Operations (COOP), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)). Facilitate interactions between the program office and various agencies within and outside PEO IWS. Organize and support program meetings, reviews, and conferences at contractor and government sites. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Participate in cross-functional teams to support program objectives and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Program Management or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management or operations analysis. In lieu of degree, High School diploma and 11 years of professional experience in operations. Knowledge of program management principles and practices, including scheduling, risk management, and performance measurement. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources and develop insights and recommendations. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain a Secret Clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Experience with U.S Navy or DoD Acquisition programs and processes. Experience working in a government contracting environment, particularly in the defense industry.
