Amentum is seeking an experienced Operations Analyst to join our team in supporting the Program Executive Office Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) in their mission to develop, deliver, and maintain advanced integrated warfare systems and technologies that provide naval warfighters with decisive advantages. The Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring the success of the PEO IWS mission by providing support in the areas of program planning, execution, and control. HIRING SALARY RANGE:

$60,000 - $75,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.) For more detailed information on our Benefits and what it is like to work for Amentum: please visit our careers site: www.amentumcareers.com Operations Analyst Responsibilities Include: Assisting in the development and maintenance of program plans and schedules, including budget and resource allocation, risk management, and performance measurement. Collecting, analyzing, and reporting program performance data, including financial, technical, and schedule information. Supporting program reviews and briefings by preparing materials and presentations, documenting action items, and tracking progress. Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Participating in cross-functional teams to support program objectives and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline, Physics, Mathematics or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management or operations analysis. In lieu of degree, High School diploma and 11 years of professional experience in operations. Must have an active Secret security clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a SECRET Clearance. Knowledge of program management principles and practices, including scheduling, risk management, and performance measurement. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources and develop insights and recommendations. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate complex information to stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. Experience with U.S Navy or DoD Acquisition programs and processes. Experience working in a government contracting environment, particularly in the defense industry.
