Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a clean, organized, and fully functional workspace
- Coordinate with vendors for office services, repairs, and IT support
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, events, and team activities
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock
- Serve as the point of contact for visitors, directing them appropriately and creating a welcoming environment
- Support executive events by handling logistics, reservations, and event coordination
- Assist the Chief of Staff with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Uphold confidentiality when handling sensitive information and financial data
- Proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance office efficiency and culture
- 1+ years of experience in an office management or similar administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for interaction with various stakeholders
- Positive, proactive attitude with a growth-oriented mindset
- Polished and professional demeanor, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proven ability to handle scheduling and vendor coordination with efficiency and discretion
