Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Office Administration:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Oversee office maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate office moves and reconfigurations.
- Manage office cleaning and security services.
- Facilities Management:
- Manage vendor relationships, including office supplies, IT services, and building maintenance.
- Oversee office budget and expenses.
- Coordinate office space planning and utilization.
- Event Planning:
- Plan and execute company events, such as team-building activities, client meetings, and conferences.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the investment team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
- Assist with document preparation and filing.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- HR and IT Support:
- Coordinate with HR to manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide basic IT support to employees, including troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with IT service providers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Concur, Workday).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
