Role: Office Manager
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000/annually

Location: Midtown, Manhattan - *Hybrid - 3 days a week in office*
Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Manhattan office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Office Administration:
    • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.
    • Oversee office maintenance and repairs.
    • Coordinate office moves and reconfigurations.
    • Manage office cleaning and security services.
  • Facilities Management:
    • Manage vendor relationships, including office supplies, IT services, and building maintenance.
    • Oversee office budget and expenses.
    • Coordinate office space planning and utilization.
  • Event Planning:
    • Plan and execute company events, such as team-building activities, client meetings, and conferences.
    • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide administrative support to the investment team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
    • Assist with document preparation and filing.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • HR and IT Support:
    • Coordinate with HR to manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Provide basic IT support to employees, including troubleshooting technical issues and coordinating with IT service providers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in office management or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with office management software (e.g., Concur, Workday).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
