FSTONE Technologies is hiring: Data Entry Clerk in San Francisco

[FSTONE Technologies] is looking for a skilled Data Entry Clerk to join our team in our [remote] office and assist in the smooth and efficient functioning of our company's data management system

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, exceptional organization skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities: 

• - Entering and updating data in our company's database

  - Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data entry

  - Sorting and organizing paperwork

  - Verifying data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering information

  - Assisting in the creation and maintenance of data spreadsheets

  - Managing and organizing sensitive and confidential information

  - Performing regular data audits to ensure data integrity

  - Communicating effectively with team members to resolve any data discrepancies

  - Staying up-to-date on company policies and procedures regarding data entry and management

  - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: 

• - High school diploma or equivalent

  - At least 1 year of experience in data entry or a related role

  - Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

  - Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  - Excellent organizational skills

  - Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  - Experience in data analysis and problem-solving is a plus

  - Team player with strong communication skills
