Administrative Assistant
Location: Roseville
Pay: $21.00 to $26.00, DOE
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assemble and scan tax returns and documentation supporting tax returns.
* Process tax, audit, and CFA business consultation engagement letters, financial statements, and business proposals.
* Set up client meetings, as requested.
* Assist with work product deliverables/assembly and mailing client organizers.
* Facilitate off-site storage, including preparing and maintaining documentation.
* Provide general administrative and clerical support such as filing, faxing, scanning, preparing outgoing mail, and answering incoming calls.
* Occasionally travel to make deliveries to post office, FedEx, clients, or general office errands.
* Perform light data entry duties.
* Provide back-up coverage for the receptionist.
* Complete various ad hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Must be a fast learner, organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Provide exceptional customer service and possess excellent telephone skills.
* Possess the ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline-driven environment.
* Possess the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with all levels of staff.
* Possess the ability to take direction from multiple individuals.
* Possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
* Available and willing to work extra hours and some weekends during peak tax seasons and deadline dates.
* Positive team player
Experience:
* Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in a CPA firm or professional services firm
