We are currently looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile
Graphic Designer
to join our marketing team. This role will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity of our brand while driving social media engagement across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and update brochures, email banners, blog graphics, and website visuals. Develop creative assets for text ads, digital ads, and print ads tailored to industry-specific audiences (recycling, foundry, mining, aggregate, etc.). Design booth graphics, tradeshow advertisements, pull-up banners, and large-format building graphics. Create equipment decals and branded materials for the internal team and contribute to logo/brand updates. Manage and grow General Kinematics' presence on TikTok, LinkedIn, and additional platforms. Develop and execute engaging content strategies to increase brand awareness and audience interaction. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader business objectives. Create detailed reports to track channel growth and effective social strategies. Partner with internal teams to address design needs across marketing, HR, and sales departments. Ensure all design work adheres to General Kinematics' branding guidelines and maintains a high standard of quality Fully support the Company's ISO objectives, policies, procedures, and the GK Way program Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field; a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with social media management tools. Strong aesthetic sense with attention to detail in design and layout. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
