General Kinematics is the premier manufacturer of vibrating equipment for the processing of materials within the mining, aggregate, foundry and recycling industries.

We are currently looking for a qualified Territory Sales Manager, Mining Equipment to join our team. This senior role is responsible for driving the success of our mining equipment solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and alignment with market demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mining operations, equipment solutions, and business leadership, with a passion for delivering innovative and sustainable equipment that meets the rigorous demands of the mining sector.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve territory sales targets and expand market share within the mining industry. Become an expert on the company's flagship STM-SERIES® vibratory screen. Build and maintain strong relationships with mining customers, understanding their operations and equipment needs to offer customized solutions. Collaborate with the Director of mining and technical directors to ensure competitive market positioning. Using consultative selling skills develop value propositions for complex opportunities. Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Utilizing knowledge of the company's core products and understanding of the customer's business to develop customized, highly engineered proposals. Partner with internal teams, including engineering, product management, and service departments, to ensure seamless delivery and support of equipment. Prepare and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and guide decision-making. Travel frequently, representing the company at industry events and serving as an expert spokesperson. Utilizing Salesforce, manage sales activities, pipeline health, and customer success. Fully support the Company's ISO objectives, policies, procedures, and the Achievers Employee Engagement tool. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in capital equipment, heavy machinery, or the mining industry. Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex sales deals. Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
