Duties

  • Manage complex wage and hour class actions, including litigation and mediation.
  • Handle all phases of single-plaintiff litigation, including strategy development and client communication.

Requirements

  • 10 to 15 years of employment litigation and counseling experience, preferably within a law firm or as in-house counsel.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver strong client service.
  • Team-oriented approach to law practice.
  • Proven commitment to developing a personal legal practice.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the California Bar.
