Job Overview: A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Labor & Employment Advice & Counsel Attorney to join its nationally recognized Labor & Employment team. The attorney will work closely with employers to provide counsel on a wide range of employment matters, including wage and hour issues, medical leave, accommodations, disciplinary actions, and terminations. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys in a collaborative, innovative environment, providing top-tier service to clients.

Duties:
- Advise employers on employment law matters such as:
- Medical leave and accommodations
- Wage and hour compliance
- Disciplinary actions and terminations
- Draft and revise employment policies, procedures, and agreements
- Conduct workplace investigations
- Collaborate with clients to develop solutions that mitigate risk and meet their legal needs
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years of experience in labor and employment law, particularly in advising employers
- Ability to independently research and analyze complex legal issues
- Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Eager to work across different practice areas and deliver client-focused solutions
- Experience with public entities or charter schools (preferred but not required)
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
- Admission to the California Bar (required)
