IP RECRUITER GROUP is recruiting for the following opportunity:
If you have a passion for IP litigation, this is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving practice where your talents will be valued. Here, your responsibility will continue to expand, as this is a collegial atmosphere where performance always overrides politics.
You will have the opportunity to work in all aspects of IP litigation, with a primary focus on patent litigation (i.e., preparation of infringement and invalidity contentions, preparation for Markman hearings, development of strategies, preparation of technical and damages expert witnesses, cross examination of experts, drafting motions and other pleadings, preparation of jury instructions, etc.)
Minimum Requirements:
- 3-7 years of patent litigation experience with progressively increasing responsibility
- Technical background in engineering, physics, or computer science
- State bar
Ideally, you will have experience in U.S. District Court and before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, drafting pleadings, participating in depositions and expert discovery, drafting dispositive and discovery motions, preparing claim construction briefings, and participating in trial activities.
Additional Notes for Candidates:
All fees are paid by client firms and companies. As a consequence of our reputation for having integrity and providing results, we often work on exclusive assignments that are not advertised.
Another important distinction is that we work directly with the decision makers (i.e. partners, managing counsels, etc.) that make the determinations regarding who will be interviewed, who will be extended an offer, etc.
You have our express commitment that all information is accepted in confidence and that no resumes are submitted without first speaking to you and obtaining your explicit permission.
