Duties:

1. Represent clients in personal injury cases from start to finish, including trial
2. Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and legal advice
3. Take and defend depositions, conduct research, and draft legal documents
4. Lead mediation and settlement discussions
5. Develop case strategies and handle all aspects of litigation
6. Ensure compliance with rules of civil procedure and rules of evidence
7. Collaborate with a national network of attorneys and support staff
8. Attend court hearings, pre-trial meetings, and trials

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in personal injury or civil litigation
2. Proven success as 1st chair in jury trials
3. Active and in good standing with the Florida State Bar
4. Strong knowledge of civil procedure and rules of evidence
5. Experience drafting and responding to motions

Education:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

1. Admitted to practice law in the State of Florida
