3. Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze findings to support case strategies, brief writing, and client advisories.

5. Business Development: Collaborate with team members on initiatives aimed at expanding and developing client accounts.

Requirements

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Florida Bar and good standing as a member.
3. Demonstrated skills in legal writing, research, and communication.
4. Interest in commercial litigation, transactional work, and corporate advisory.
5. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
6. Familiarity with legal automation tools for case management and document drafting is advantageous.

Education

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law institution.
