You are a talented and experienced Sr. Manager, Employee Success (ES) Operations, ready to take your career to the next level. As a key member of the Employee Success team at LogicMonitor, you will drive global HR operations initiatives and lead a team responsible for maintaining our people systems and processes.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Lead HR analytics and data reporting for Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and Board of Directors (BOD) presentations.
- Manage and mentor the ES Ops team, including Coordinators and Specialists.
- Oversee current HR systems, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and manage future HRIS changes and implementations.
- Partner with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to configure customized Workday dashboards for each Executive Team member.
- Audit and scrub all employee data to establish accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with global HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and internal stakeholders to improve Workday as LogicMonitor's primary people system.
- Recommend best practices for optimal use of Workday and other HR systems based on business needs and growth plans.
- Partner with Business Systems, Business Intelligence, and Security teams to enhance system integrations.
- Guide the HR Ops team in creating reports and dashboards, and educate the broader LM team on available resources.
- Participate in the ongoing design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with exceptional customer service.
- Consult with internal stakeholders to provide technology solutions that align with business needs and goals.
- Provide support for Workday, researching and resolving complex issues and process flaws.
- Assist HR teams with data analysis and system configuration for key events like talent assessments, promotions, and compensation changes.
- Collaborate with IT to implement new or enhanced technology and manage system support (i.e. interfaces, outsourced vendor arrangements, system integration).
- Develop and maintain user procedures, guidelines, training, and documentation.
- Partner with Employee Relations (ER) Sr. Manager on HR compliance and policies (i.e. unemployment, bg checks, benefit laws, etc.).
- Oversee the Global Mobility function.
- Handle ad-hoc project requests as needed.
What You'll Need:
- 3–5 years of HRIS experience, including 1–2 years with Workday.
- 3–5 years of people management experience.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in HR technology to solve business problems and create innovative solutions.
- Experience leading system implementations and project management.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills with strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including high-quality document and report preparation.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative member of both business and global HR teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks, adapt to shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Sound judgment, particularly in handling proprietary and confidential information.
