Senior Administrative Assistant to the Information Technology executive leadership team. You will ensure the smooth and efficient administrative support to the assigned leadership teams. Responsibilities will be broad and changeable in nature ranging from organizing and managing daily schedules, coordinating, or leading special projects and providing general office support.

Job Description
Key responsibilities/essential functions include:

Support C-level and Information Technology Executive staff members and teams in all related administrative tasks.

Produce correspondence, presentations, meeting agendas, emails, and any external mailings.

Provide discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information.

Organize and manage daily schedules, coordinate meetings and appointments, including interacting with all levels of managers and assistants.

Make complex travel arrangements and coordinates itineraries.

Reconcile Travel and Expenses (T&E) as requested.

Coordinate meetings and appointments for all off-site meetings (e.g., staff meetings).

Support the general office administration.

Assist with job candidate interview scheduling.

Provide tactical support to a function by answering questions on various internal processes and e-tools.

Review, check, proofread and correct, if necessary, the content of various records, reports and forms assuring accuracy and completeness of the information prior to dissemination or further use of the data to produce various reports.

Complete regularly assigned and ad-hoc project work specific to designated area, including, but not limited to such assignments as: organizing special meetings and events, conducting cost analysis, analyzing administrative business processes for improvements.

Coordinate and provide support for new hires at the location.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an executive or administrative assistant position in a corporate environment).

Experience at an advanced level using Microsoft Office applications as well as use of the internet and web applications (i.e., ability to draft correspondence and create PowerPoint presentations for leadership team), basic level of Excel application to create charts, diagrams, and tables of data.

Must be willing to work out of an office located in the Greater Milwaukee area. Position will be a hybrid role working in the office as well as remotely.
