The Sr. Manager of ISV Partnerships will play a critical role in shaping and driving the company’s global strategy to expand and optimize Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partnerships. This position is responsible for identifying, acquiring, and scaling strategic ISV partners that deliver value to our customers, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance our partner ecosystem, globally. You will work cross-functionally to ensure partners are aligned with our product roadmap, sales goals, and customer outcomes.

How you'll make an Impact:

  • ISV Partner Acquisition & Growth:
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-impact ISV partners globally, focusing on those that align with our strategic objectives, product focus and customer needs.
  • Lead the development and execution of global ISV acquisition strategies to drive new revenue streams.
  • Build a comprehensive ISV pipeline and foster long-term relationships with key ISV stakeholders.
  • Develop global ISV strategy to be implemented via regional Partner Account Managers focused on revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint solutions and programs that accelerate market penetration and customer adoption.
  • Establish metrics to measure the success of ISV partnerships, ensuring they deliver incremental revenue along with customer and partner value.
  • Partnership Management & Enablement:
  • Manage a portfolio of global ISV partners, ensuring that partners are fully enabled and seeing value from our program’s tiered benefits.
  • Facilitate partner alignment with product development, marketing, and sales teams to create integrated solutions that solve customer pain points.
  • Cross-functional Leadership:
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (sales, marketing, engineering, customer success) to ensure smooth execution of ISV programs.
  • Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to align on objectives, remove roadblocks, and ensure both partner and customer success.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive-level relationships with ISV partners to foster long-term collaboration and joint innovation.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis:
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and market trends to ensure our ISV strategy is aligned with industry shifts and emerging opportunities.
  • Leverage data and insights to make informed decisions on new partnership opportunities and the performance of existing ISV relationships.

What you'll Bring:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in partnership development, business development, or channel management, with a focus on ISV partnerships in the technology industry.
  • A track record of driving revenue through successful ISV partnerships, with a strong focus on acquisition, onboarding, and enablement.
  • Experience developing and executing global GTM strategies with ISV partners.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams including sales, marketing, product, and engineering.
  • Ability to negotiate and influence at all levels, including with C-suite executives.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure the success of partnership initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
