Job Description

My client, a multibillion-dollar global chemical manufacturing company in Houston, is seeking a Vice President of Integrated Supply Chain and Commercialization. This newly created position will report to the President of this business unit and oversee Directors of Supply Chain and Commercial Business with a budget of $5B.

• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Lead Procurement, Logistics, Planning, and Commercial Business
• Lead, develop and execute supply chain initiatives
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, and other stakeholders to create value and drive cost savings

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA preferred
• Supply chain leader with commercial experience
• Proven leadership and record of leading successful initiatives delivering cost savings
• Strong change management skills and ability to influence
