The Group Sales Manager is an individual who is enthusiastic and competitive, and would ideally have some hotel experience. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space, and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, conducting site inspections, soliciting, and generating business. Duties also include preparing and presenting effective proposals, maintaining well organized documentation and reports, and coordinating customer service requirements as appropriate. The Group Sales Manager will also participate in and may lead sales, event, and other staff meetings. This person will be working with small market groups.

The salary range for this position is $70,600 to $79,400 commensurate with experience.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Experience in hotel sales is strongly preferred
