Duties and Responsibilities:

Client Representation:

2. Handle all aspects of commercial litigation from inception through resolution, including trials and appeals.
3. Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
4. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support litigation strategies.

Document Preparation and Review:

1. Draft and review pleadings, discovery documents, motions, briefs, and other legal correspondence.
2. Prepare and argue motions in court.

Client Interaction and Communication:

1. Maintain effective communication with clients to provide updates and obtain necessary information.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent and clear communication.

Court Representation:
