You will have the opportunity to work on high-stakes cases involving IRS audits and appeals, including drafting protests and responding to information document requests. Experience in tax litigation in federal courts is highly valued. Substantive knowledge of federal tax law and IRS procedures, coupled with strong writing skills, will be your assets in this role. If you have a background in corporate tax, international tax, tax accounting, partnership tax, or financial products, it's an added advantage.
As a Senior Tax Associate/Counsel, you will be at the forefront of intricate tax controversy matters, helping clients navigate the complexities of IRS audits and appeals. Your responsibilities will include crafting persuasive protests and expertly responding to information document requests.
