Account Supervisor

We cannot rest until systemic racism is defeated.

Kettle is a team of passionate, fearless creatives focused on delivering great products, redefining best-practices, and providing new opportunities for our clients.

We are looking for a collaborative and dynamic Account Supervisor to join our team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to work closely with clients across a beloved technology company to fuel a rapidly growing engagement. You exude a “no task too small” attitude - eager to jump in and do what it takes to help ensure success for our team, including generating detailed scopes of work, maintaining complex spreadsheets, collaborating with team leads to solve resourcing conundrums, getting involved in projects which need steering, facilitating the onboarding of new hires, spreading joy across the team, and much more.

If you are a self-starter with a passion for strategic thinking, problem-solving, and relationship-building, we want to hear from you.

We are hiring people in Austin who are able to go into an office 2 days a week AND fully remote teammates in the Pacific time zone.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5-7+ years of client-facing experience at an agency.
  • US citizenship or work permit.
  • Experience in digital product and marketing.
  • Ideally based on the West Coast; open to other key markets if the fit is right.
  • Excellent communication skills with an insatiable curiosity about products, processes, and people.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work flexibly and responsively in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience building and maintaining key client relationships.
  • Spreadsheet wizard with experience managing multiple accounts and budgets.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while having fun on the job.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing planning, scope of work development, budget updates, and project tracking.
  • Leading processes like new hire onboarding, scope tracking, invoicing, project set up.
  • Closely coordinating with client-side Operations, Procurement and Resource Management teams.
  • Partnering with producers on project success, guiding the team and work.
  • Building strong relationships with teams and clients.
  • Handling new project requests, pitches, proposals, and follow-up.

The target range of base compensation for this role is $100k-$130k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.

A little about us

A digital-native creative agency with offices in New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. We’re a team of makers, doers, and passionate problem-solvers with a simple mission: to make tomorrow better. We spend countless hours tinkering and asking questions until we unequivocally know the product is in its purest, most elegant form. Our strengths are creating user-centric products, keeping it simple, and telling great stories. Our weaknesses are baked goods, french fries, and karaoke.
