We are looking for a Senior Producer to oversee end-to-end digital project execution for a leading brand. In this client-facing role, you will manage projects from concept through delivery, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborating with creatives, strategists, and developers, you will drive the production of high-quality digital experiences while maintaining strong client relationships.
We are hiring people in Austin who are able to go into an office 2 days a week AND fully remote teammates in the Pacific time zone.
Key Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in digital project management, preferably at a creative agency or in-house marketing department.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase website, email, digital marketing asset and e-commerce projects from concept to delivery.
Strong understanding of creative and production workflows, from concept to completion.
Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations.
High attention to detail, ensuring quality and accuracy across all deliverables.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving project scopes.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management for large-scale initiatives, ensuring delivery aligns with the leading brand’s creative standards.
Identify and address critical project challenges, including budget constraints, delays, resource allocation, team morale, output quality, creative direction, and technical obstacles.
Demonstrate exceptional presentation and communication skills, effectively managing client expectations on tasks, deliverables, and final approvals through regular project reviews and interim milestones.
Track project progress, ensuring timelines are met and providing consistent updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, even during challenging phases of large projects.
Ensure quality and consistency by reviewing all deliverables before they are shared with the client, guaranteeing they meet creative and brand standards.
Drive continuous process improvements, identifying areas to optimize workflows and increase efficiency.
The target range of base compensation for this role is $110k-$150k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
