We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own our API-powered business within GoodLeap's B2B division, targeting the ecosystem of contractors, integrators, installers, and distributors with a suite of developer-focused products. This is a key role with the unique opportunity to disrupt the home efficiency and solar financing space and drive step-function growth to our business by acquiring and growing enterprise-scale customers for GoodLeap.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and execution through cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and Design teams.
- Deliver a vision and roadmap that makes Ecosystem a key differentiator for GoodLeap in the market and strengthens the moat around its business.
- Partner with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, design and research to co-create new products and bring them to market.
- Influence the entirety of product and engineering organization to promote and codify an API-first product development philosophy.
- Interface with enterprise customers and engage them in complex problem-solving with innovative solutions.
- Innovate with new business/pricing models and partnerships with other companies that both deepen and broaden the target customer segments for GoodLeap.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- 8+ years of product management experience, with 5+ years as Senior Product Manager.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling API products to Developers and Enterprise Customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Fintech experience is not required but preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Technical experience in software engineering or adjacent technical fields.
In addition to the above salary, this role may be eligible for a bonus.
