Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney

A national law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Coverage Litigation Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. This position involves representing national and international insurance clients in complex coverage areas, such as professional liability, construction defect, pollution, cyber liability, and excess liability. This role is ideal for attorneys with a strong background in insurance litigation who are looking to take on a challenging caseload within a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Location

Duties

• Represent insurance clients in various litigation matters, including bad faith, professional liability, pollution, construction defect, cyber liability, personal and advertising injury, and excess liability cases
• Handle all phases of insurance coverage litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing motions
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex insurance coverage issues
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop case strategies and innovative solutions for clients
• Maintain and manage a diverse caseload with a high level of responsibility from the outset

Requirements

• Admission to the California Bar in good standing
• Experience in general liability, professional liability, insurance coverage, or other civil litigation
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

• Active Bar membership in California
