Duties

- Respond to administrative charges and regulatory inquiries.
- Counsel clients on a variety of employment law issues, including workplace policies and risk management.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration settings.
- Take and defend depositions, prepare motions, and argue cases in court.
- Collaborate with legal teams to develop creative solutions for client matters.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of litigation experience in a law firm or similar environment.
- Strong expertise in employment law, particularly litigation and regulatory matters.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases with a high level of responsibility.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications
- Active membership in the State Bar of California, in good standing.
