Overview

Experience in financial services litigation, regulatory defense, and/or compliance counseling. The candidate would be joining a growing, dynamic firm with more than 200 attorneys nationwide.

Qualifications
- JD from an ABA accredited Law School.
- Admission to multiple bars a plus.
- Federal and State Court experience.
- Experience on the defense side of consumer financial services.
- Experience in developing strategy and taking/defending depositions is a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- Strong writing, research, and communications skills.
- Must be organized and have the ability to work independently.
