Job Overview:
A prominent law firm in Wilmington, DE, is seeking a dedicated Intellectual Property Litigation Associate Attorney to join its legal team. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to engage in patent litigation for clients on both a national and international scale.

Duties:

1. Handle intellectual property litigation matters, with a primary focus on patent disputes.
2. Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop and execute litigation strategies.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.
4. Conduct in-depth legal research to support case development.
5. Engage in trial preparation, including evidence collection and witness preparation.
6. Communicate effectively with clients to provide case updates and strategic advice.
7. Participate in hybrid work arrangements requiring in-office presence two to three days per week.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
2. Strong academic record demonstrating legal proficiency.
3. Superior written and oral communication skills.
4. Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and client-focused environment.
5. Judicial clerkship experience (preferred but not mandatory).

Education:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

1. Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
2. Admission to the Delaware Bar (preferred or required within a specified time frame).

Skills:

1. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
2. Exceptional legal writing and research abilities.
