Position Summary:
STARPLUS ENERGY LLC is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Treasury Analyst, who will oversee, monitor, and coordinate all activities related to Department of Energy (DOE) loan and other fund-related responsibilities. This position will ensure compliance with DOE regulations, manage loan disbursements, maintain accurate records, and oversee other funding sources while coordinating with several different departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and treasury operation, with specific experience in handling government loans and various funding mechanisms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring all aspects of the ATVM loan to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Monitor loan disbursements and ensure funds are used in accordance with DOE guidelines
- Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary documentation/reports for timely submission to DOE
- Maintain detailed records of all transactions and communications related to the ATVM loan
- Prepare and submit regular financial reports to the DOE, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the loan, identifying and addressing any risks or issues
- Assist with other fund-related activities, including grants, private loans, and investment funding
- Ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of all funding sources
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Basic:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
- 3- 5 years of experience in Treasury or Finance, focus on loan/fund management preferred
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- While travel is unlikely, the ideal candidate will be able to travel, with reasonable prior notice as required (domestic and/or international)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends, or holidays as required
Preferred:
- Experience working in manufacturing industry
- Korean & English proficiency
- Project Management experiences
