JRN: 1858 We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a prominent entertainment executive. The ideal candidate is a solutions-oriented problem solver with a can-do attitude, capable of thriving in dynamic situations while effectively managing stress. They must be comfortable liaising with talent and executives, maintaining a pleasant and professional demeanor, and excelling in a production, management, or fast-paced environment. This role ensures seamless project management and peak executive efficiency. Requirements: Proven experience in a production, management, or similar fast-paced environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create, proofread, and modify business communications with precision. Experience with script writing and business development procedures. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proactive, detail-oriented, and systems-minded. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and minimal supervision. Familiarity with managing travel arrangements and calendar coordination. Proficiency in project management and planning. Experience using Monday.com or similar tools is a bonus, but not required. Responsibilities: Project Management: Lead and self-manage multiple projects, prioritizing tasks effectively with minimal supervision. Planning: Organize and lead planning meetings to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Communication: Draft, proofread, and modify important business communications with professionalism. Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, develop agendas, and manage personal and professional appointments. Travel Coordination: Plan travel arrangements, including accommodations and transportation, based on executive preferences. Administrative Tasks: Order supplies, book personal appointments, arrange gifts, and handle ad hoc tasks using personal transportation. Detail Orientation: Maintain meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information professionally and discreetly. Reporting: Report directly to the Principal and Chief of Staff/Director of Executive Operations. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM (or possibly 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM), 8-hour days, with availability as needed. Compensation: $80,000 - $85,000 per year, plus benefits (medical, dental, vision) and 401K with matching. Location: Calabasas, CA
