JLL Work Dynamics delivers four core management services for both occupier and investor clients: Workplace Management, Project Management, Portfolio Services, and Property Management. The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Operating Officer to lead our Workplace Management (WPM) division. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the operational efficiency, strategic growth, and innovation of our workplace management services, ensuring we deliver exceptional value to our clients while driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Through strong collaboration and influence, lead the global operational strategies for the WPM sub-business line.
- Align operational goals with overall company objectives and market trends.
- Drive innovation in WPM to meet evolving client needs.
Operational Excellence:
- Drive the WPM strategy across Work Dynamics, ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery.
- Coordinate and help optimize global WPM processes, systems, and practices to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
- Partner with WPM senior leadership to implement best practices and standardize operations across regions.
Stakeholder Management:
- Develop and grow strategic relationships with Work Dynamics Division Presidents, Managing Directors, Account Directors, and key clients.
- Partner with our Sales team on new business opportunities and drive growth across Work Dynamics.
Financial Performance:
- Drive profitable growth and cost optimization.
- Develop and monitor key objectives and performance metrics across the WPM sub-business line.
- Partner with Finance to analyze financial data and trends to inform operational decision-making.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of workplace management professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across regional and global teams.
- Attract and retain top talent in the industry and support career development and succession planning.
Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement risk management strategies to protect the company and clients.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of business continuity plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facility Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in workplace management, facilities management, or related fields.
- Proven track record in executive leadership roles, preferably in a global organization.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, workplace trends, and technology solutions.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams across multiple geographies.
- Experience in driving digital transformation and implementing innovative solutions.

Estimated total compensation for this position:
250,000.00 – 500,000.00 USD per year
The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
