The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling employment-related disputes and will be responsible for advising clients on various employment issues, conducting contract reviews, and representing clients in arbitration and litigation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice and counsel on employment law matters.Draft and review employment contracts and agreements.Represent clients in employment-related disputes, including arbitration and litigation.Conduct legal research and stay updated on employment law trends.Assist in dispute resolution through mediation and negotiation.Manage case files and maintain accurate records of legal proceedings.Develop strategies for effective case management and resolution.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in relevant jurisdiction.Minimum of 5 years of experience in employment law.Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations.Excellent negotiation and mediation skills.Proven experience in dispute resolution and litigation.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsFor this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
