Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Job Specialty: Respiratory Therapy Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 18:00-06:30 with On-Call Required Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: RT Licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: - Adult critical care experience - TMB License for Respiratory Job Description: - Provide efficient and effective patient care in a Respiratory Therapy unit. - Manage ventilators including AVEA/PB 840 ventilators. - Administer BiPAP and high-flow oxygen devices such as V60 BiPAP, AIRVO High Flow, and VapoTherm High Flow. - Conduct arterial blood gas punctures and analyze results. - Perform nebulizer treatments and various oxygen device management. - Rotate weekend shifts and be available for on-call duties. - Complete 32-35 procedures per shift. Ideal Candidate: - A team player with a positive attitude. - Supportive of directives and policies. - Experience with NICU is preferred.
