We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with doctors, psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, offering coordinated services and treatment. Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep up-to-date and confidential client records, treatment notes, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and ethical standards (HIPAA regulations). Provide Psychoeducation: Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and techniques for maintaining emotional well-being and fostering recovery.
