We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. The LCSW will provide high-quality mental health care through assessment, therapy, and counseling to individuals, families, and groups. This role involves working closely with clients to address a wide range of emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges, helping them develop coping strategies, achieve therapeutic goals, and improve overall well-being. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, an empathetic approach, and a commitment to supporting clients in their mental health journeys. Key Responsibilities: Provide Psychotherapy and Counseling: Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions to help clients manage a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, and relationship issues. Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough mental health evaluations and psychosocial assessments to diagnose and understand the needs of clients. Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with their goals and needs. Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Crisis Intervention: Provide immediate intervention and support during crisis situations, helping clients manage acute emotional or psychological distress and ensuring their safety. Provide Resource Referrals: Assist clients in accessing community resources, support groups, or services (such as housing, employment, or legal assistance) to enhance their mental and social well-being. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with doctors, psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, offering coordinated services and treatment. Maintain Accurate Documentation: Keep up-to-date and confidential client records, treatment notes, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with all state, federal, and ethical standards (HIPAA regulations). Provide Psychoeducation: Educate clients and families on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and techniques for maintaining emotional well-being and fostering recovery. Adhere to Ethical Standards and Regulations: Maintain high ethical standards, confidentiality, and professionalism while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations governing clinical practice. Engage in Professional Development: Participate in supervision, continuing education, and training to stay current with the latest treatment approaches, social work practices, and licensure requirements.
